Ciro didn't feel well after drinking, so in the end I called Rex and Wilson to come out for supper and got Rex to send him home first. Kelly and Mark shared cab to go back and Linna went back to the pub to wait for her boyfriend. (He works there as a bartender. And a blur one at that. Hahas.. :P)
Caught up with Rex and Wilson a bit. Haven't met them for quite some time le. Sort of sorted out some problems tt have been bugging me for a while. Yeps. Will meet up with them again some time.

But when I woke up today, I just felt like going Ikea. But not with a lot of people so I decided to go alone. I met Darren in the afternoon at about 1 pm to get the photoshop book before I took a bus to Ikea.
Oh… Since the time I was in SA, heard from Xiu Yun and Praba that 51 from the bus stop outside my bus goes to SA. Hahas.. So, I took 51 which apparently should bring me to Ikea on its way to SA. But then it brought me to some interchange at Hougang!!! Hahas… So, just alight and take 51 again la. Then will be the correct direction right… Hahas. But the trip was damn long. I met Darren at about 1.30 and I reached Ikea at about 415. I have so much time to waste right? I know, I know… Hahas. :P Well at least now I know 51 outside my house doesn’t go to SA. (If I tried it in the past, I would have been super late for school!! Hahas.. :P)

Anyways, I went Queensway to take a walk before going over to Ikea. Was looking for some things to buy but couldn’t see anything I want. While walking around Queensway and while I was on 51, I suddenly felt like I miss SA. At Queensway, I kept thinking about the times when I would go there with Kai En and Li Wei to walk around and shop for their sports shoes… The times when Michelle would buy Sushi at the stalls there… And how bubbly Kai En was, trooping around with her backpack and her trademark elfish grin. :) The times in SA were tough, although I was only there for one year. But once a saint, always a saint. I have fond memories of my JC and even when I’m not studying there anymore, I still have my memories with me.
I thank all those who made my JC life so happy and memorable…
The guys and girls in 03A21 – although I wasn’t really close to you guys, trust me, all of you played a part in making this experience a good one. My only regret is not having spent more time to get to know you guys in the past. If I could turn back time, I will definitely interact more with you all. Friends and classmates who left a deeper impression on me will be Li Wei, Vanessa and Yvonne.
Li Wei!! Hahas… She brought me to church and although I can’t remember exactly what happened during the times I was in SA, I remember that she was very nice to me. We went for dinner during my birthday at Billy Bomber’s in 2003! I remember that!! Hahas.. Thanks girl! :)
And Vanessa, this cheerful girl who’s the "glam" girl and someone who never runs out of topic to talk about. I love her for her cheerfulness and after I left SA, she even sms-ed me to tell me when she saw Kelvin (I used to like this guy.. :P). The period right after I left school was the period when I missed SA the most. And the sms-es from Vanni sort of made me happier for a while, like, she still sort of helps keep me updated about the happenings in school. Hee.
And Yvonne… I knew her since 1st 3 months and I didn’t quite like her initially. Like, "kan bu shuang"… But in the end, we became good friends. And she had been a really good friend, very honest and straight-forward. I met her while working in Al Dente twice and though we didn’t talk a lot, I’m glad to see that she’s doing well. :)
And of course, not forgetting the bowlers! The bowlers made a great team. There may have been a slight gap between the J1s and J2s initially, but when competition comes, the bowlers unite to be a smashing team!!! You can see everyone cheering everyone on. Such team spirit was what kept me going through out the 1 year I was in JC. The bowlers made it bearable for me and they were there to help me out during my times of depression.
Special thanks to Harn, Wendy, Daphy, Canice… These seniors were there for me, hearing me pouring out my sorrows (sometimes on the phone in the dead of the night… Hahas. I think this applies more to Harn.. Hahas.) Anyway, really thanksful to have to bowlers cos they really provided me with a strong pillar of support during the time I was in JC. I also made good friends like Aaron, Philip (whom I still keep in contact with!! :D), Bene, Ben… These are all very nice and sincere people!
Haven’t been able to keep in touch with everyone but I know they are doing good. Will make an effort to meet up with all these great people again! :)

Okies, I digress. Hahas. Oh I saw this damn cool chair at Ikea.. It’s like a red plastic chair but I found it kinda funky and comfy so I wanted to buy it. I was wondering how to carry it back and then I decided to call Ciro to come and help me carry home. Hahas. Cos it’s like, one whole piece of plastic chair… Not foldable or anything. And it seemed kinda heavy when I tried to lift it (but it became so much lighter when I was moving it around my room.. Hahas. :P) and I didn’t want to look too clumsy carrying that red piece of plastic. :P
While I was hunting for the red Kimme chair at the specialty shop (later I realized that you have to get an order slip for it and then collect it at the counter~~ -_-"") and waiting for Ciro to arrive (his activation time is 2 hours~~ -_-""), this guy walked along me and started to strike a conversation.
Sucker: "Moving new house?"
Me: (Still hunting for the red piece of plastic, which of course is not located in the specialty shop. But I didn’t realize till later on.) "Huh? Er. Ya." (Right. As if I’m shifting house. Ha.)
Sucker: "Oh where you shifting to?"
Me: "Er. Punggol.” (Yeah right. I live at Paya Lebar.)
Sucker: "Oh that’s great. –then he said something which I can’t remember- What do you do?"
Me: "Er.. erm… I work in HP." (I’ve got no idea why I said this. It was the first thing which came to my mind.)
Sucker: "Oh the printers that always break down huh? Haha, just kidding. What do you work as?"
Me: "Oh.. I’m doing PR." (As if.)
Sucker: "Oh so now you are doing PR with the customers huh? –luffs to himself-" (-_-"")
After that he asked for my name and I told him “Amelia” and then I didn’t feel like entertaining him anymore cos I wanted to find my Kimme chair quick and then get out of this place. So told him I had to go upstairs to look for some stuff and he asked for my no. I gave him cos I contemplated giving him a fake no. but it won’t turn out too good if he tested and realized it doesn’t work and he may bump into me again. It didn’t occur to me to decline politely, being the idiot I was. Hahas. (Ciro later asked, why did you give him your no.? Then I realized I shouldn’t have given. I think I was too distracted hunting for my darned Kimme chair. Hahas.)
Anyway, there’s a reason why I highlighted this particular episode. Turns out this guy is a super egoistic sucker. He called me at night when Ciro was at my house (he helped me carry the chair home remember?) and then I passed the phone to Ciro to pick up. He asked for “Amelia” and Ciro said she’s busy at the moment. The sucker proceeded to ask if Ciro was my Dad, to which he replied he was my brother. Then Ciro said he will tell “Amelia” that he called, but not sure if “Amelia” will call him back.
According to Ciro, the egoistic sucker replied arrogantly, “Don’t worry, she’ll call me back again.” Ciro said he didn’t like the guy cos the way he talked was as if he was damn sure that I’ll call him. Ciro also didn’t like his attitude
Wah lau.. that sucker is neither this nor that… He’s nothing and he still talks like he’s the king. Please lor.. Take a look at yourself in the mirror. With your kind of looks and personality, it’s a wonder if any girl will want to call on you. You can wait for another 20 years and you’ll still be asking for numbers at the specialty shop at Ikea. Pui~*
He did call me a couple more times that night when I didn’t return call but I just didn’t pick up. He also called while I was posting something at the post office a few days later. I just picked up cos my hands were full and I didn’t see who was calling.. When I realized it was him, I just went “Hello? Hello? Hello?? Hello?” for about 10 times before hanging up. Hahas. He did sms but I didn’t reply. Please get the bloody msg and leave me alone.
Anyway, moral of the story is not to anyhow give your number if you don’t intend to stay in contact with the person. (Rex taught me this. K so it’s partly my fault too. I’ve learnt my lesson and I will keep this in mind. :P)
But still, when you guys call girls and their brothers pick up, please remember not to sound too full of yourself. Cos 99.9% of brothers will transmit your message PLUS your attitude to their sisters. And their sisters will condemn you like a COCKROACH and run you down!! Hahahas… :)

Hmm I’m digressing a lot in this post. Hahas. Nvm… Just entertainment for those who are bored. :P I don’t know why but I just feel like blogging..Somehow I think my blog has more content now compared to the past. Like, it’s really a big slice of what’s happening in my life. Hee.
Anyway after Ciro shifted my Kimme chair to my house, we met up with Darren and then proceeded to Grandlink to play pool and then go Geylang to eat. After that we went back to my house to slack beside the pool till morning. Ciro caught the first bus home, and Darren the first train. :) Here’s a few pics taken on the sly at Grandlink. :P Ciro is a damn good pool player by the way. Very strong~~

*~= What happened on that day =~*
Actually nothing much... I went to Sha's house for her Stila launch thingie. Just took a look at the products, nothing much. Turns out her cousin works at the Stila counter so she can get Stila products at a fraction of the price. Yeps. Her cousins are guys by the way. (Not that I find male make up artists surprising.. It's kinda cool actually. Heh.)
Apparently she invited a few more other girls but when I reached, I was the only one. She said they were arriving later so it was kinda awkward for me. But nvm, I told her I will go her house and I kept my promise. She offered to get her cousin to do the make up demo for me to see.. Hahahas... But I declined as I thought it was too troublesome as I was the only one. (Paiseh la~~ Hahas.. :P)
So left after like 1/2 hour and then took bus to Orchard FEP to meet Ruo Xuan. Tot I'll be early since I left Sha's house early but RX called me to say she ended her project early so can meet me early. Wanted to take bus back to Tamp MRT to take train to Orchard initially.. But after waiting at the bus stop near Sha's place for quite long, I decided to walk out to the main road to take other buses. (Actually I didn't know what buses could bring me back to the interchange and I planned to try my luck. Hahas.)
And while walking out, guess what? Yeps, the bus which I orginally could take at the bus stop near Sha's place arrived!! I saw it rumble pass and I was like, -_-"" Hahas.. But upon reaching the bus stop at the main road, I saw they had 518. It brings me to right outside FEP!! Praise God!! Hahas.. (See, that's his other plan for me! He saved me the hassle of taking to the train station, take a long train ride ands then changing train again! And because I was the only one at Sha's place, I could meet RX early = more time to plan to go singing! :))
K so I met RX at FEP, then we walked around a bit before deciding to go singing at Kster at Lucky Chinatown. Wanted to go Kbox at Cine initially cos there was this guy who worked there who looked like Pan Wei Bo and he's always smiling. Cute ma~~ Hahas.. But then we were not sure if he'll be working on that day and also cos Kster was WAY cheaper than Kbox. So we went Kster. (Afternote: I feel that the sound system is better too. And Kster doesn't have faulty microphones. :P)
(RX was playing with my phone in Kster and she changed the picture size to this small. Hahas. I didn't realise till I loaded them to the com.)
We sang from 7pm - 11pm. After that. RX went home and I went to meet Ciro and Darren at Bugis. Ciro wanted to go drinking initially but I can't remember why we didn't. In the end after much discussion outside Mac, we took cab to the airport and went to eat at Mac. Hahas... Cos the Mac there is 24 hrs. Darren studied there before.. Maybe I should try there next time. :) After Mac, we wanted to go to the viewing gallery but it was closed for renovation. So we walked to the one at T1. (Yeps you read correctly... We WALKED there! Hahas... Cos the skytrain was not operating at that hour.) We crapped the whole time we were together... Hahas.. Like, what's new?? After that we took cab to East Coast cos Mr Ciro didn't want to go home. After that, Darren and I were kinda tired so we took cab back. Mr Ciro lived in Punggol while Darren and I at Pasir Ris & Paya Lebar. So too bad.. Not on the way. Hahas. (He later complained to us that his cab fare cost $13.)
Anyway, Mr Ciro who usually takes the last train/last bus home actually hung out with us till so late. Something's wrong with him. VERY wrong. Hahas.
K that pretty much ended my birthday. Simple but I'm happy! Hahas.. :D I had work the next day and I reached home at like 4 am so was pretty zombified. Hahas. But work wasn't good. (Don't really feel like talking about it so let's not. :))

Reached home to see a bag of something my 2 aunties and 1 cousin bought for me. My cousin called while I was shopping with RX to say they bought me something and asked whether I wanted to go Parkway to meet them to get it. My mum was with them so they passed it to her.

I found this while packing my room. It was in my apron for RITS. Hahas.. an order pad koped from AL Dente. Brings back fond memories of the time when I was working at Al Dente. No matter where I go in future, I'll always remember the times when we had fun and worked hard at the Esplanade. Love everyone there for making it such a memorable experience. I definitely miss the place. :)
So here I am, rotting in the office. There's wireless connection from dunno where. I think it's from the people upstairs. Hahas.

I brought things to do, but think I'll slack around a while first. I haven't eaten lunch so think maybe I'll go to the hawker centre to take a walk and find something to eat. I'm not hungry though and this will be a good chance to lose weight. Hahas. So should I eat lunch or not? Or make it an early dinner? Hmm.. This is a difficult choice to make. Hahaha.
Sigh. I'm bored. I have nothing much to update on. There was something I wanted to complain on... On one of my friends who always MIA when we planned to meet. Kinda disrupts my plans for the whole day cos I can't confirm the meeting time with her when she MIAs. But never mind.. Just treat it that I'm not going out with her. If she can't be bothered, I don't see why I should bother too. No point getting angry with this kinda things.
I will forgive her, for God's sake.

I gotta go learn photoshop for work. It's interesting and fun, but I'm procrastinating. Hahas.
Tmr is my birthday but I'm not excited about it. It's like, just another day to me. Hahas. Mich is in Japan... so she can't celebrate with me. Aah. Hope she's having funt here. Hahas..
Whee~!! I'm at my Dad's place now. Oh just an update, I'm working part time at my Dad's place for the time being. For now it's one week. He may need me to help out on alternate weeks during my hols cos he's kinda short of staff. Initially I felt really stressed when my Mum approached me to work in my Dad's place. Cos firstly I didn't feel like working. (Cos after exams le and I wanted to rest.) Secondly I worked there after my Os before and I pretty much slacked there. Didn't exactly like what I was doing there. (Time passed very slowly and I always left before the usual time.)
Muahaha. Cos last time my Dad worked in the Kodak HQ and he wasn't around in the shop. So I pretty much did whatever I wanted and I could come and go as I please. (Oh dear I sound so spoiled. But I'm not now la. Hahas. Really.)
Now I can still leave early if I want... But I want to help out there cos if there's things to do, I want to help out. Hmm. Anyway my Dad's paying me and I'll be working in a slacking environment... Such a good deal where else to find. Muahaha. And I can use the net here too. Ha. Sound good right? Yea.. I thought so too.
The other staff working here is friendly. I quite like talking to her.. She's nice to talk to but then can still can sense that she still has some sort of guard against me. Haiyo.. Like what can/will I do to her?? But I guess it's normal to behave like that so whatever la. I shall just slack here, work and get my pay. Hahas.
Working here is not as bad as I thought. Cos the aunties who used to work here quit le. Last time when I worked here they liked to talk to me but then I felt that they were kinda superficial at times. They are nice, no doubt but I think only cos I'm their boss's daughter. I'm not being ego la. Just saying what I feel. I may have been only 16 at that time but I think I can still judge/feel whether others are being sincere or not. :P
Anyways, my mum just brought my grandma to the shop to visit. My grandma's been at my house since Monday. She's staying over for 5 days I think. Ya... She's usually staying at one of my relative's house but she wanted a break, i guess. So I gotta give up my room for her to sleep cos my sis is having exams so I guess it won't be fair to ask her to give up her room. Anyway in the past when my grandma so rarely comes and stay over at our house for a few days, she usually sleeps in my sister's room. So ya.. Guess it's only fair that I sacrifice my room for a few nights. Hee.
My grandma's a nice person. Wanted to take a photo with her but then think it's not very lucky for her to take photo. I don't know why but I just don't think it's good. Hahas.
Anyways, will load some photos I took of my Dad's shop when I get home. Hahahas. Nothing for me to do now.. so quite free to go online and take photos. Haha. :P

(Sometimes I really du-lan cos if no one can decide and in the end no outing, it's a waste of time cos the person could have went out with another bunch of friends. Ya.)
Anyways, I went shopping at FEP ydae before meeting them. Bumped into Wen Xian (ex-saint and ex-LWSSOM classmate) and Colleen (Sem 1 classmate). Oh i bought shoes! Hahas.. cos 2 pairs of my shoes were spoiled.
Imagine studying in the library for marketing and out of boredom you look around your environment and then randomly at the floor... OH NO! IS THAT A HOLE IS MY SHOE?? (And then on the way home hope that no one notices my shoes. Hahahas.)
Here's what happened to my previous pair of pumps.
On the outside, it looks ok right? No holes... BUT.
Yes! I can see my toes from the hole!! (Don't worry... I won't demo that. Hahas.)
So I bought new pumps to replace the old pair. Ta-daah~!! It's in my favourite bimbotic colour - pink! 
My slippers were also spoiled...
